The conference, which took place from 14 to 16 November 2016, was addressed to teachers, scientists and specialists from the educational sector. Throughout nine years of its existence ICERI has become one of the most important events in the calendar of the European academic community. This year 700 experts from 80 countries met to present their projects and share their knowledge about the methods of teaching, learning and educational innovation.
The main objective of the conference is to create a platform for the exchange of ideas about modern and innovative education. During the conference, there were presentations, plenary sessions and workshops. The main topics this year were new trends in the field of education, problems and challenges which education faces, improvement of personnel and the quality of education, new technologies and global challenges of higher education and academic system.
Presentation of Ali Tahmazov, Regional Director of Plagiat.pl and Oleksandr Stryamets Director of the Ukrainian representative office was focused on the role of anti-plagiarism systems in modern education on the example of increasing the quality of education in the countries of the former Soviet Union. Thanks to the experience gained in the countries of the former Soviet Union over the past few years, Plagiat.pl became to understand the source of the problems of plagiarism in the region and ways to deal with it better, which the company’s representatives shared with academic community.
